Drew and Sadie have been amazing helping us thru the hardest time of our lives. They've been compassionate and caring and Drew has been amazing helping us thru the process as well.

We can’t say enough about Drew, his wife and all the staff. Great people and very caring. It’s always a difficult time when you lose someone. Often we are vulnerable during our grief and all the confusion and decisions we have to make while under extreme stress. You can trust these people to help guide you through the process of saying goodbye with dignity and respect.

Sierra went above and beyond for our family during one of the hardest times in our lives. From the very beginning, she showed compassion, patience, and genuine care while helping us plan my nephew’s funeral. Every detail of the service was handled with such thoughtfulness and professionalism, which brought us a sense of peace during an incredibly difficult time. She made sure everything was exactly how we wanted it, while also guiding us when we felt overwhelmed. Sierra’s kindness and dedication did not go unnoticed—she truly made a difference for our family. We are so grateful for her support and would highly recommend her to anyone needing someone who truly cares. Also want to thank drew, paul and Sadie for helping with the service and being there for everyone that needed assistance.

I want to extend my deepest gratitude to the staff at Croxford. To lose a loved one is not easy, but the staff alleviated our ordeal by giving us the support that we needed which even extended after my mom’s service. I came to the right place and I’m happy that I did! I know my mom would say the same thing.

Sierra and the team at Croxford's were amazing! They took all the stress out of what was very difficult time. My dad's service was wonderful, personal and went as we had planned. I would not hesitate to use Croxford's services again. We felt like we were in great hands when they took over and made it all happen. 5 stars for sure!

I write this review under my late husband's name; I wish to express my gratitude to Sierra, Tony, Sadie & the rest of the staff of Croxford Funeral home afte the sudden & unexpected passing of my husband, in the early hours of Sunday, November 2, 2025. Cliff & I were over-the-road Truck drivers together, we brought a load up for deliveries in Montana, one being in Great Falls for Monday. We staged ourselves at the Town pump on the southeast side of I-15 by the air base. After my call to 911, & the valiant efforts of the sheriff's dept & EMTs, time & time of trying to bring Cliff back, it wouldn't happen. I, not being local, didn't know how Montana dealt with things & the sheriff's dept. really weren't allowed to tell me who was the best, per police policy, but, the officers gave me 3 names of funeral homes, I asked specific questions. Made a choice, to which one to call & please pick up my husband. Sierra & Doug came and spoke with me, they carefully picked up my husband, tucked him in, placed him into the vehicle & departed. I called in the afternoon & asked if he was 'situated' & I know Cliff was being taken care of. I made the Monday delivery & Great Falls, waited for a coworke

Very very helpful and verkind loving staff. They took care of my son Dominick as he was killed in motrcycle accident .made a very great impressiom on how they took care of me and my family in our time of need .i was lost and couldnt think straight but they assured me that they could help in anyway they could. They went above and beyond to help me and my family.very very polite not rushed me and id recommend them to anyone in their time of need thank you sooo soo much and much love to Croxford funeral home . The staff kept intouch even after the funeral .much appreciated .thank you all again for All you help in my time of need God bless them
